Lost my 10 year old pug, in his outstanding care to no fault of theirs as they tried everything to save him. They took care of services afterwards, then a few days later I went in to pay for his services which was a lot and I figured it was going to be very expensive. It was at this point when they said there was no charge that I lost it. Since then I haven't even thought about another vet.
