The guides are the best part!! They are fun and really invested in you having a good time! The trip down the river is a little over an hour and it is worth it. No worries if you can't swim. You have a huge life jacket on
Labor Day we drove three and a half hours for my daughter's 18th birthday along with 11 of her friends to go rafting. This company wasted most of our day lying to us about why we were not rafting and then oh yes we are going to raft only to tell us again that no we're not. I'm waiting for my money back from this company. Mary the owner said that I would get the money back... still haven't received it and she wasn't sure when I would since she's never given a refund before. Totally unacceptable... we wasted a whole day!
Omg had so much fun! Peaches was our tour guide and he's AMAZING! He's the best! It was fun trying to race and slash Seth! Definitely will go back and definitely hope we get peaches again! Awesome time!
Office staff are friendly and polite. Our boat maneuver was funny and friendly.

I've given 4 star because they are very far away from river entry point. They take you in school bus to the river entry point which is approx 10 miles from their office.
Our company used Sunburst Adventures for an employee outing. Needless to say, we had a FANTASTIC time. We had Seth and Cheese as our guides and they were absolutely fantastic. We had a blast, felt safe, received great history and guidance on the ocoee river and most importantly we all had a blast. We will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommended.
