This course is BRUTAL. It is 2010 and the cart paths are dirt and not drivable in many locations. Tee boxes have 4-6 inch weeds in many locations. Entire fairways are dirt in many locations. Giant holes in greens.
I will say that the *design* is mostly solid (Palmer Designed) and this could be a good course if it was maintained in any way, shape, or form. I actually took cell phone pictures and will send to Arnold Palmer Design Co. so they can see what their name is on.
